Think you can't make art? Think again
From Zero to Hero. Within a few hours you can go from being a total beginner to completing an abstract artwork. More experienced artists can learn more about abstract art and this wonderful material - coldwax and oil.
If you just want to try something new and have a fun get together in a non-judgmental environment, come along to bethsART workshops and I'm there with absolutely everything you need.

Workshops need a minimum of 2 to go ahead. Class size is usually a maximum of 3 - 4 people. Nice and small. If you have a larger group - please contact me and we can arrange that for you.
Printmaking Workshops
Printmaking on a Gel Plate
A fun class where we make a range of prints and patterns that can be used as their own artwork or to incorporate into mixed media art.
You'll learn different ways to make a huge variety of smaller prints - using lots of different tools. We make the prints on a gel plate - and you'll get the recipe to make your own at home. As a bonus - you can also be shown some secrets of Mono printing so you can truly create art like no-one else.
You'll feel you have accomplished a lot of work by the end of this 2-hour workshop.
Colour Mixing Workshops
Any medium - acrylic, oil, watercolour
Let's get back to basics with some basic colour mixing. Colour can be complex especially when you are starting your creative journey, but this workshop will simplify the process for you.
This workshop is for either beginners or more experienced artists wanting to learn some tips and tricks to make sophisticated colours. You will walk away with some reference sheets for future use.
As we've added new workshops - this Colour Mixing Workshop can be booked by contacting Beth by email or phone. We can work out a good time for you. Max 2 people required for class to go ahead. For this class you will need to bring your preferred medium - acrylic, oil or watercolour. You just need the primary colours plus white & black. A list of the colours & materials for future use is here.

Come on your own, grab a couple of friends and join us at bethsART Artopia workshops. Any level of experience, from absolutely none, to beginner, to more advanced.
I can help you complete an abstract artworks using oil and cold wax as the medium or you can have loads of fun printmaking on a gel plate, or join in the colour mixing workshop. By following a process, you create work that is uniquely you. No two results are ever the same.
Class size is a maximum of 2 or 3 people. Nice and small with plenty of time for tuition.
For Abstract & Printmaking workshops, I supply all the quality materials including aprons. No running around getting your own supplies. The price includes everything except your food/drinks - no hidden costs. You will walk away with artwork ready to be put in a frame.
I've dropped the price for the colour mixing workshops as you need to bring a few of your own supplies. A list is here.
In a lovely, relaxing environment, workshops are a total of 2 hours.
